Skinner All Trades built our new bungalow in Evanton last year. From start to finish, Paul and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. All aspects of the work were carried out on time from the start of construction at the end of March to completion at the end of October when the house was ready for occupation as promised. We were kept informed of all aspects of the build during construction and the quality of workmanship and finish of our house is exceptional. The team were conscious of the disruption to our neighbours and they maintained a good relationship with them and the site was always kept tidy. The whole team were unfailingly courteous to us which is no easy task at such a stressful time. We have no hesitation in recommending SATS to anyone in the area who wants their construction carried out by a dedicated team of professionals who take pride in their work.

When we decided to go for a home build, there were three main factors in the criteria to build. Local architect, local suppliers and most certainly a local builder. It was a personal achievement to accomplish all three criteria. The lasting impression in everyone’s eyes is the final product and the quality of the  build. Laura & I spent over 10 years planning our house build and when the opportunity finally became available we wanted to be sure that we worked with the best team in the area. Based on that we chose SATS due to feedback from other home builders and due to our initial meetings.

We can honestly say that we made the right choice and would recommend Paul and his team to anyone considering any form of development work. During the build process Paul and his team suggested changes and ideas which have all delivered an amazing end product, which is of course our dream house. The quality of finish and support provided from planning through to completion is what sets SATS above the competition and I can’t recommended them highly enough.
With regards to delivery there were no added costs on to the initial budget other than what we requested and the time frame for delivery was exactly as requested (even though we pulled the completion date forward by a month).

All in all a great team that will deliver a great product, on time and within budget.
